Bulldogs Swim To Victory Over Pike

Senior Eric Waggoner had a hand in four victories on Tuesday night, as the Bulldog boys' swimming and diving team finished first and second in four events as they rolled to a win over the host Pike Red Devils, 117-69. 

Waggoner had individual wins in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Backstroke, leading a 1-2 sweep of the event with senior Matt Phillips.

Phillips and Waggoner teamed up with seniors Kyle Paquin and Jared Woodings to win the 200 Medley Relay, and again teamed up with freshman Grant Anspach and junior Joel Paquin to win the 400 Freestyle Relay.  J

oel Paquin and senior Mike Fouch finished 1-2 in the 200 Freestyle, with Fouch returning later in the meet to win a close race in the 100 Butterfly. Woodings touched first in the 100 Breaststroke with sophomore Kasey Cross finishing in second.

Juniors Brian Collins and Joe Perkins picked up the final sweep of the night, taking the top two spots in the 500 Freestyle.
