Bulldogs Score 89 Points in Win Over Ft. Wayne Southside
The boys basketball team travelled to Fort Wayne Saturday evening to play SouthSide High School. The Dogs got off to a quick start and had a 19-16 lead after a quarter. The paced continued fast and furious in the second quarter but turnovers and foul issues kept the Dogs from expanding their lead and entered halftime still leading 36-33. Brownsburg opened the third quarter is a flurry of scoring as they outscored the host 33-7 to take a commanding lead into the fourth quarter. Landon Hall (31 pts), Cameron Alford (30 pts) and Reis Thomas (11 pts) lead the team in scoring while Thomas (9reb) Hall(8) & Antrez Baker (8) helped the Dogs dominate the glass. Alford(6), Kris Jackson (6) & Thomas(3) distributed the ball nicely helping the team to a total of 20 assists on the evening. The 89-61 final is the most points a Brownsburg team has scored in a game since the 2003-04 season.
