Varsity Football wins in Westfield

Brownsburg dominated the first three quarters of action at Westfield on Friday en route to a 34-14 victory.
Clay Chase kicked a field goal to cap off the Bulldogs' first possession for an early lead.
After the defense forced a three and out on Westfield's first possession, Cade Shupperd blocked the punt and Isaiah Street collected it in the endzone to put Brownsburg up 10-0 early. The first quarter would end with that score.

The second quarter was scoreless until Isaiah Higgins's long interception return set the Bulldogs up ten yards from the endzone with 14 seconds left in the half. It took only one play for Ben Easters to find Ethan Harless to put Brownsburg up 17-0 going into the half.
Brownsburg picked up right where they left off in the second half, with Donovan Marcus taking a 54-yard run to the house on the second offensive play.

On the following Brownsburg drive, Ethan Harless took a 43-yard catch deep into Westfield territory and Marcus capped it off with a 4-yard touchdown run to put the Bulldogs up 31-0 going into the fourth.
Clay Chase kicked his second field goal of the game in the fourth quarter and Westfield scored twice to bring the final to 34-14.
Brownsburg is now 4-2 overall and 3-1 in conference play. The Bulldogs are back in action on Oct. 4 to host Zionsville.
