The varsity football team did their part to make Homecoming 2010 a huge success with a 48-3 victory over the Jefferson Bronchos on Friday night.

While the defense fought off several deep drives into the red zone to yield only a field goal the offense produce over 400 yards of excitement with five rushing touchdowns and two through the air.

Kennedy Hill and Chase Dutra each scored twice while Logan Williams, Ian Good and Jordan Reagan each scored once.  Reagan and Robby Robbins also contributed to the offensive attack with a touchdown pass each.

Kyle Christy was 6 - 7 on extra points and punted well for the Dogs.

Torrey Nibbs and Darrin Tatum each recorded their first interceptions on the year while Bobby Carr scooped up a fumble that was caused by Zach Dutra.

The team travels to Lafayette Harrison this Friday for another HCC battle.
