Kelli Waggoner Named as Athletic Director
The School Board
approved Kelli
Waggoner as athletic director at Brownsburg
High School. Mrs. Waggoner, a Brownsburg graduate, will replace
Greg Hill who has been serving on an interim
basis.
In welcoming Waggoner,
BHS Principal Bret Daghe said, "Kelli emerged from a strong field
of candidates with her passion for Brownsburg athletics, commitment
to consistent improvement, and desire to win on the field. Kelli's
previous management background and ability to work with a variety
of constituents for a common goal will serve her well in her new
role. We are excited for her to join our staff and take on the role
of leading Brownsburg athletics.”
In 1992, Waggoner was
co-founder and partner of KWK Management Group, a management firm
that provides consultation and legislative representation for
numerous non-profit and industry associations and has served in
that capacity for the past 20 years.
Waggoner and her husband
have two sons, both BHS graduates.
BCSC Superintendent Jim
Snapp said, "We are thrilled with the vision and leadership Mrs.
Waggoner will bring to an already solid athletic
department."
